Simple, transparent pricing
Attendees pay a £1 Haaameem platform fee per booking. For paid tickets, organisers pay Haaameem 4.4% of ticket revenue plus applicable Stripe payment-processing costs. No monthly subscription.

How do I get verified as an organiser?
Paid events require completed Stripe Connect verification. New £0-ticket events from organisers without completed Stripe verification need Haaameem admin approval before going live. Neither check guarantees an event’s safety or quality; every organiser must meet the same Event Standards.
How do refunds work for attendees?
If the organiser cancels an event, you're refunded to your original payment method automatically. Our cancellation policy does not offer refunds for attendee-initiated cancellations, including the £1 booking fee. This does not affect refunds or other remedies required by consumer law. See our Terms of Service for details.
What if I have to cancel an event I’m hosting?
Cancel from your organiser dashboard and we automatically refund the full amount charged and notify attendees. Repeat cancellations affect your organiser standing, so commit to dates carefully and update attendees quickly if anything changes.
What makes an event halal on Haaameem?
Every organiser must accept the Haaameem Event Standards before publishing. Listings must clearly label who the event is for, food and venue details, alcohol restrictions, prayer considerations, and anything still uncertain. You can report misleading listings through the app or our public support page. A listing is not a guarantee of compliance.
Can I host a sisters-only or brothers-only event?
Yes. Organisers choose sisters-only, brothers-only, or everyone when creating an event. The label is shown clearly and Haaameem enforces eligibility when someone books.
What does a £0 ticket actually cost?
A £0 ticket has a £1 Haaameem booking fee, so the checkout total is £1. Charity support is optional and happens separately on the charity’s own website.
How does Haaameem charge for bookings?
Every ticket includes a £1 Haaameem booking fee, paid by the attendee. For paid tickets, the organiser pays 4.4% of ticket revenue plus actual Stripe processing costs. There is no monthly subscription.
When do I get paid for ticket sales?
Payouts are manually reviewed by the Haaameem team under the payout terms in our Terms of Service. Review considers whether the event took place, complaints, refunds and payment disputes. Approved payouts are sent through Stripe; bank arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Do I need an account to book an event?
Yes. You sign in before booking so your ticket and event details stay in one place.
